I’d have to disagree with you on the “panties-over-garters” thing. Wearing the panties over the garters would look silly (granted, depending on the panties and the garters…there are exceptions). Just look at the photos at the Secrets in Lace site.
There is no way you wear panties OVER those gaters… besides, I’ve never had any problems going to the bathroom wearing garters over panties. There is room enough to slide the panties down so you can go about your business.
