Emily is a certified holistic relationships and life skills coach that helps people heal from past trauma and develop the necessary skills to thrive in life. After previous emotional trauma in her past childhood and relationships with men, she has learned how to recover and heal from these experiences. She has sought out the best self-help leaders like Tony Robbins, Oprah, Gabor Mate, and Brene Brown and learned from these renowned experts in their respective fields. She has developed her own healing techniques and skills after learning from these experts in her life. She incorporates a holistic lifestyle therapy that covers nutrition, disciplined routines, cognitive skills, and emotional healing.
