Healing begins with assessing your past traumas and unpacking everything from the beginning. We will teach you new cognitive behavioral techniques that you can use throughout your life to help prevent distortions in thinking. People with trauma tends to think in black and white, also known as an all or nothing way of thinking. There is very little grey area or unknown in this way of thinking, which is the natural way of life. We will help you understand what happened to you was not your fault and help you forgive the people that hurt in the past.
